The ESP Partnership Opportunity

ESP offers its physicians the option to purchase an ownership stake in the group practice by joining the limited partnership after two years of full-time service (some PRN shifts may count toward eligibility). These physician partners also have the opportunity to become involved in the decision-making process that sets policy, procedure, and practice environment. Individualized Benefits

Each of our partner sites has an individualized compensation package that includes malpractice and tail insurance. ESP has both Independent Contractor and Employee opportunities, so speak with your recruiter to determine which is right for you!
