Founded in 1988, Emergency Service Partners, L.P. (ESP) is a dedicated group of Emergency Medicine specialists. We believe in a collaborative relationship between the hospitals we serve and our emergency physician partners.
ESP’s management model promotes strong Medical Director leadership, competent emergency physician groups, and productivity-based compensation. ESP also collaborates with our hospitals on quality initiatives such as improving core measure performance and initiating cutting-edge protocols and pathways.
ESP is also a democratic partnership, meaning that after two years of full-time work, physicians have an opportunity to become an owner of the group practice.
Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock, TX, has selected Corey Fearheiley, MD, from among the many impressive candidates to be its new emergency department (ED) medical director, effective October 1, 2014.
Fearheiley joined Emergency Service Partners, L.P. (ESP) in 2007 and has worked as an attending physician at Seton Williamson since 2008. Among his accomplishments, he initiated a monthly “Nurses Niche” educational program for ED nurses, created the Seton Williamson ED Fund to support members of the ED team, and has served as a member of the Trauma Council.
